This is the last portrait session of 2012 and it was a blast! The Jackson boys are fun, vivacious, busy boys with lots of energy for exploring and imagining.
We pretty much played for a few hours, dressed up like superheroes costumes and then we ended the session at their house, meeting up with their dad and cute dog!
A pretty good and fun day if you ask me! Enjoy!

I love this family! Oh my goodness, these are some of the sweetest people you could ever have the honor of knowing. I took Anna’s senior photos about a month ago
and I was thrilled to do a session with the whole family a couple of weeks later. Their adorable pups joined us and we had a great time hanging out in the comfort of their
own home. You can’t help but feel the love and laugh when you see the girls’ secret handshake!

Robert & Abby (& Daphne) | Family

Robert and Abby are married and have an adorable and hilarious Weimaraner named Daphne. They just moved out of Memphis and wanted a session to celebrate
the fun and memorable times they’ve had as they’ve begun their life together here. They are so fun to be around, have a great sense of humor, and honestly, I felt like they’ve
been part of the amydale family for forever. Their love for their work of nursing and caring for children spills over in their caring and vivacious personalities. And it doesn’t stop there, you’ll see Daphne has a personality that fits them perfectly! She is SOO flippin’ funny! I have been literally laughing out loud while editing this session! It’s obvious I had trouble narrowing down her appearance at the end of the session. You’re gonna fall in love with her.

Robert and Abby, good luck on your school and work in Nebraska! Selfishly I hope you find yourselves back in the area. Memphis is better with people like you here!

There’s probably not many things in my job I love more than being able to shoot a couple, family or individual for a second time.
These two sweet ~~little~~ big girls first came with their precious parents back in fall ’11. They wanted their own session and of course when the statement of two dogs joining us was made, I knew we were going to have an awesome, fun time! It was an extremely hot morning, as we began at 6am at Shelby Farms. By 9am it was already almost 100 degrees. But these two didn’t stop. It was awesome! I love how they have their own personalities and responses to my presence. It is entertaining and so beautiful at the same time. We incorporated many things they love, reading, music, fashion, dogs, playing and more. So, enjoy these sweet girls and get ready for a ride!

I was thrilled to go in for a few hours and document this precious family’s day! BJ and Erin love the mess out of their little one and are fabulous parents!
The morning started off with preparing their breakfast as well as little William’s. As Mom and Dad were cooking, Tiger was on baby-sitting duty…

William reaches for Daddy’s hand…

A few years ago BJ and Erin began their journey together and now they’ve begun a new chapter…

William loves to fly with Daddy…

Tiger knows he’s no longer the baby of the family, so he patiently waits until he can sit in the laps of his Mom and Dad…

This window is really special to the family. They had it installed to enjoy their flowers and birds that they grow and attract to their backyard…
I think this is my favorite. Tummy full, diaper changed and in Mommy’s arms. Couldn’t get any better…

Every baby has their collection of toys and William loves his stuffed animals. To the left, what Mom and Dad see, to the right, what William sees. :)

Every bride, groom, family, kid, parent, senior, bridesmaid, groomsman, and every professional I had the opportunity to serve with in 2011, THANK YOU!
I’m constantly amazed at the wonderful people I meet and I have absolutely loved getting to know and serve you this year!
