Paige + Chris | Wedding

I can’t believe this wedding concludes my 2012 wedding shooting season! What an INCREDIBLE year it has been! Paige and Chris were more than exciting to end the year with!
We started out at the Spring Hill Suites in downtown Memphis for getting ready and a first look in the beautiful Court Square park. We scurried around downtown
and of course hit up the beautiful Martyr’s Park, which is one of Chris’ favorite parks. It was an incredible day – fun, laid back, and completely celebratory of a great couple!

I was happy to have my friend and awesome photographer, Jim Heine back with me to shoot this wedding! I have been shooting with him in Philadelphia this year and
was glad he could join me again in Memphis. His shots are throughout this blogpost and of course, are great. Thanks, Jim!

And another thing that makes this wedding special: it was the last wedding I shot pregnant!! Yes. I’m pregnant. I have been since March! :D (babydale.com)
Layla Phoenix Dale will be making her debut literally any day now. Due date is this Friday (Dec 7) but we will see how eager she is to make it. I will be making a post soon to celebrate Layla’s arrival and looking back on the great year of 2012! (And don’t worry peeps, I’m not going anywhere – 2013 will be an incredible year!)

Paige & Chris – 27 October 2012

Paige gets ready at the hotel with her sister, mom, dad and grandmother…

Paige looks over to her sister before she leaves to meet Chris for the first time…

Jim’s shot of my sweet preggo moves and what I got from it… :D

Jim’s shot on the right…

The reception was at the lovely Calliope building in South Main. LOVE this building and the area around it. Ok, so MAYBE I’m biased because it’s in my backyard, but
still, it was beautiful and this reception was rocking! Jim’s shots are sprinkled throughout here as we tried to keep up with the dancing and the wacky-inflatable-arm-flailing-tube-man! It was a first and will go down as a pretty epic part of the reception! :D

In case you missed it…
